Based on an original recipe from 1935, this intensely flavoured absinthe is made from 10 plants, including the great wormwood from Val-de-Travers. Due to its high alcohol content, the essential oils of the herbs are particularly concentrated. This ‘Bleue’ is full of complexity with a fine bitterness on the finish. A dose of Intense is best enjoyed mixed with 4 to 5 parts fresh water.
