Citrus aurantiifolia
Also called “lemons of the tropics”, the fruit is highly prized for its intense aroma and is a popular ingredient in Mexican and Southeast Asian cuisine. The tangy, exotic, tart-sweet scent of lime oil exhilarates, refreshes and increases concentration. Lime oil makes skin and connective tissue firm—therefore it is particularly suitable as an additive to shower gels and body oils.
