Satyr Long

Ingredients:

• 0,2 l glass
• 2 cl Satyr
• 0,15 l apple juice or cider
• crushed ice

Preparation:

1. Put crushed ice in glass
2. Add 2 cl Satyr
3. Top up glass with apple juice

Panaroma - cocktail with Satyr

Ingredients:

• 0,3 l glass
• 2 cl Satyr
• 2 cl red beet juice
• 1 squirt of lime
• Filler 1/2 apple juice (or cider) + 1/2 soda
• 5-6 ice cubes

Preparation:

1. Put ice cubes in glass with Satyr, red beet juice and a squeeze of lime
2. Fill glass half way with apple juice
3. Stir
4. Top up glass with soda water
5. Garnish with a thin slice of red beet, cut into a desired shape and set on the rim of the glass

Satyr Glühwein (mulled wine)

Ingredients:

• 5 cl Satyr
• 0,7 l Beaujolais or similar leichten, fruity red wine
• 1 large apple, finely chopped
• 1 large orange, cut into small pieces
• 1 spoon raisins
• 1 anise star
• 1 stick cinnamon
• 1 clove
• 2 - 3 tablespoons brown sugar

Preparation:

1. Pour the wine into a pot with a lid
2. Add the apple, orange, raisins, anise star, cinnamon stick and clove
   (Mulled wine spices are also available in some shops)
3. Heat to a simmer, stirring occasionally
4. Add 2-3 tablespoons of brown sugar as required and let the wine simmer over low heat with the lid closed for about 15 minutes
5. Remove from heat and stir in 50ml Satyr. Ready to serve!
