The unrefined, cold-pressed, pure organic avocado oil from Atlantic Aromatics provides the skin with many nutrients and moisturises. It does not clog the pores, has an anti-inflammatory effect and is therefore also ideal for blemished skin. Avocado oil is also very suitable as a base oil for making your own massage and body oils.
Individual massage oils can easily be made from the base oils by adding essential oils. To the 50 ml bottle, add 25 drops for a 1% mixture, 50 drops for a 2% mixture and 75 drops for a 3% mixture. Of essential oils that are already blended, such as jasmine in coconut oil, use at least 25 drops per 10 ml of base oil. Massage oils should have a mixing ratio between 0.5 % and 3 %.
