This wonderfully chocolatey cocoa powder is made from the finest Criollo beans. Due to the pressing process, the powder contains less fat than the cocoa mass. Refined with a pinch of salt, the wonderful cacao flavor comes out even better. The cocoa powder is ideal for making drinking chocolate and smoothies as well as for fine desserts and baked goods. The fairly traded beans for the powder come from small farmers' cooperatives in the Ecuadorian Amazon, Ghana and the Ivory Coast.
