This wonderfully chocolaty cocoa powder is made from the finest Arriba Nacional and Forastero beans. When pressed, the powder contains less fat than the cocoa mass. Refined with a small pinch of salt, the wonderful cocoa taste comes out even better. The cocoa powder is ideal for making drinking chocolate and smoothies as well as for fine desserts and baked goods. The fair trade beans for the powder come from small farmer cooperatives in the Ecuadorian Amazon, Ghana and Ivory Coast.
