The 10-20 m high dragon tree (bot.: Croton lechleri) is native to the tropical areas of Amazonia. Its trunk is covered with smooth, brown-gray, richly mottled bark, its leaves are light green and heart-shaped, the green-white flowers sit on long stems.
When its bark is cut or rubbed, a dark red, sap-like resin flows out. This resin, also known as Sangre de Drago or Sangre de Grado, is traditionally used in natural medicine in South America as an all-purpose remedy. Our dragon's blood is imported directly from Peru and is harvested and prepared there by locals in a traditional, natural and sustainable way.
The bottle contains the hand-filled, 100% pure plant juice - without preservatives. Be careful with textiles – the blood-red juice has very strong coloring properties.
