Serpis Absinthe Dry is a bitters and contains up to 35 mg thujone/kg. Thus it ranges among the absinthes with the highest thujone levels legally available! The good news for those who dislike the taste of anise: it is made withnout anise. Additionally it tastes great- in the classic ritual, pure as a shot, or as a refined cocktail or long drink ingredient.
