White Monkey, organic
Delicate, subtly fruity. Long, rolled leaf buds
Valuable active ingredients and particularly fine and fruity aromas are concentrated in the long-twisted, silvery-green leaf buds from the spring harvest. The high content of polyphenols makes this Chinese white tea particularly precious.
Preparation:
Put 2 to 3 teaspoons of White Monkey in a small pot and pour 70-80°C hot water over the tea. Let it steep for about 2 minutes. Several infusions are possible.
Origin:
White tea is very rare, because its cultivation and harvest is very complex. After being picked, it is usually laid out to dry in the sun. Therefore it remains completely natural and unprocessed. This valuable white tea is comprised of the many delicate, furry, white leaf buds.
Region:
Our White Monkey comes from the tea garden Qingshan in the Chinese province of Hunan.
